Terms of Service – Digital Art Commissions

This document sets forth the terms and conditions for the provision of digital art services by Zyullaart, hereinafter referred to as the “Artist.”

1. About Commissions

The Artist creates digital artworks on a commission basis, according to the specifications previously agreed upon with the client (the “Client”).

When requesting multiple characters, the pricing works as follows: the first character is the base price, the second costs an additional 75% of that base. (Example: for a chibi commission, 2 characters would cost $25 + $18.75 = $43.75). The third character is charged at full base price, the fourth at +75%, and this pattern continues.

2. Types of Usage

Commissioned artworks can be used in two different ways:

a) Personal Use (Non-Commercial)

Includes use as an avatar, profile banner, personal prints, sharing on social media with proper credit, etc.

➡ No additional fee applies.

b) Commercial Use

Includes any use that involves profit, direct or indirect sales, such as book covers, printed products, merchandise, etc.

➡ An additional fee of +25% will be added to the final price of the artwork.

The type of usage must be declared when placing the commission. Commercial use without paying the appropriate fee is a violation of the Artist’s copyright.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

The Artist retains full copyright over the artwork.

The Client is not allowed to:

Remove the Artist’s signature;
Resell the artwork as their own;
Make significant edits to the artwork without permission.

4. Commission Process

The Client must fill out the commission form located at the bottom of the commission page. All fields must be completed, and more references can be added via email later on.

The Artist will contact the Client via email to provide a quote and estimated deadline. Any questions regarding the information in the form will also be addressed at this stage.

Payment is required upfront.

The drawing process is divided into four stages: Sketch, Lineart, Coloring, and Finalization. The Artist will send progress updates via Instagram (as previously agreed by email), and will request the Client’s feedback, especially during the Sketch and Coloring stages, to apply any necessary changes.

5. Revisions

No additional fees will be charged for changes during the Sketch and Coloring stages.

Any changes requested after the artwork is finalized or outside the initial scope may incur an extra fee of +5% of the final commission price.

6. Payment Method

Payment is made via Paypal, which will be provided during the email communication phase.
